Balboa Direct Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on the Balboa Direct website are final. Balboa Direct has adopted a "no return" policy for all purchases made on this website.
Defective Merchandise
All products sold on the Balboa Direct website are warranted to be defect free at the time of purchase. If you believe that the product you purchased is
defective or not in operating order, it may qualify for a warranty repair under our Warranty Policy. You may review our Warranty
Claim Process for more information about this process.
Wrong Merchandise Shipped
Occasionally mistakes do happen and if we send you the wrong part, we will send a return freight tag so that you may return the product. Once received and
inspected, we will send an exchange part by UPS ground delivery. If you have received the wrong parts, you need to contact our Customer
Service Staff and explain what has happened. They will help you resolve the issues with your order.
Damaged Merchandise
If your product was damaged during shipment, you are required to notify UPS immediately and file a claim with them. You should also contact us immediately via
email and provide us with the UPS claim number. Upon notification, BalboDirect.com will review the information provided and send out a replacement product at
no additional charge to you. Plese note that it is your responsibility to immediately inspect your shipment for damage upon arrival. Balboa is not respobsible
for damaged merchandise not reported to UPS and Balboa Direct within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment. Damaged product must be reported to Balboa Direct
through our RMA Claim Form.
All returns to Balboa Direct MUST have an RMA number. Complete the appropriate claim form above to request a number.
If your product is subject to return under the this policy, you are required to notify us by completing the above-mentioned claim forms. Once the claim form is
received, you will receive notification from Balboa Direct within a few days. IF you have not heard back from us, please contact our Customer
Service Staff and inquire about your claim.
